New Residential Fuel Oil Customers
The first step in the New Residential Fuel Oil Customer process is for you to complete our customer application. Once returned and it has been determined we can be of service to you, we will schedule a delivery when you, the homeowner, can be at home so that we may inspect your fuel oil tank prior to filling it the first time.
The first step in our New Customer process is for you to complete our New Customer Application.
Once the completed application is submitted, our team will review and determine services needed.
Service Date Set
A date will be scheduled for your first delivery. Before completing your first delivery we will perform a tank inspection to make sure your tank is fit for service.
Standard Policies and Procedures
To ensure the switch to Parsch Oil & Propane is as smooth as possible, please review our Standard Policies & Procedures, Yearly Usage Requirements, and our Keep-Fill or Will-Call service informational points below. For specific questions, please fill out our contact form.
Keep-Fill & Will-Call Customers
Keep-Fill Customers Keep-Fill service means our drivers will take care of scheduling all your deliveries. You will not need to watch your tank.
We use forecasting to ensure our customers never run out of fuel. This unique calculation is based on the weather report and your personal historical usage.
One delivery, however, does need to be paid for before the next delivery will be made.
Will-Call Delivery Will-Call customers need to call in for a delivery when your tank reads 30%. This allows our drivers time to schedule your delivery without disrupting their normal schedule.
If you call for a delivery that cannot be scheduled in and we have to pull a truck off a route, there will be a delivery charge.
A delivery may take up to 3-5 business days during peak periods. If you completely let your tank go empty, we are required by law to perform a leak check on your tank. This will be an additional cost of $25.00.
